Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures to meet individual client needs.
• Deliver body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling services to enhance client appearance.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products during consultations and conducting product demos to educate clients on skincare routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Use salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share beauty tips, and build lasting relationships.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with guest services to ensure a seamless experience.
• Upsell additional treatments like botulinum toxin injections or med spa services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends including color theory, nail care, hair extensions, barbering techniques, and advanced esthetic procedures like tattooing or straight razor shaves.
• Collaborate with team members on product demos and service enhancements to continually improve guest experiences.

Skills

• Proven expertise in cosmetology with certifications in esthetician practices; experience with dermabrasion, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and body waxing preferred.
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping.
• Excellent customer service abilities with outstanding communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards within the salon environment.
• Experience in social media management for marketing purposes and engaging with the community online.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments including eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, hair threading, and makeup application confidently.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to promote products like skincare lines or cosmetic tools.
• Background in med spa procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment or esthetic laser treatments is a plus.

Pay: $25.93 - $31.23 per hour

Work Location: In person
