Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 40 hours per week + Overtime Available
Additional Pay: Commission + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, client experience, and helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.

Position Overview

The Licensed Esthetician will provide professional skincare treatments, perform advanced aesthetic services, and deliver a premium spa experience.

This position requires strong technical skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Customized facials
• Chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Hydrafacial or similar treatments
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• PRP facial treatments
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
• Educate clients on skincare products and home care routines
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety standards
• Assist with pre- and post-treatment client care
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment
• Recommend skincare products to clients when appropriate
• Support team efforts to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician – Texas
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a spa or med spa environment
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for aesthetics and skincare

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a medical spa environment
• Familiarity with advanced skincare devices
• Sales experience with skincare products
• Experience with Hydrafacial or similar treatments

Compensation & Benefits

• $25 – $35 per hour based on experience
