We are looking for a licensed esthetician for a small but fun Spa and Salon in the Texas Hill Country! Our business is growing fast and we need a dependable esthetician. We’re looking for a skilled, passionate esthetician who takes pride in their work, values connection with clients, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports each other.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality facial treatments tailored to each client
• Offer advanced services such as Chemical Peels and Procell Microchanneling (or willingness to learn)
• Provide thoughtful consultations and customized skincare plans
• Educate clients on home care using professional products
• Maintain a clean, calming, and welcoming treatment space
• Build lasting relationships with clients through genuine care and consistency
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician in the state of Texas
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, treatments, and product ingredients
• Confidence in recommending retail and building client trust
• A warm, professional presence with excellent communication skills
• Someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work
• A team player who values a peaceful, drama-free workplace

Pay: $25.00 - $41.00 per hour
