Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyelash extension applications using safe, hygienic techniques aligned with industry standards
• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all procedures, adhering to health regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software.
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations.
• Promote retail sales by demonstrating lash care products and other beauty essentials during client visits
• Stay updated on the latest trends in lash extensions, eye makeup, and beauty treatments to provide innovative services

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialized training in eyelash extensions
• waxing experience
• providing facials experience
• Proven experience performing eyelash extension applications with attention to detail and safety
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices in a salon environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain procedures clearly
• Familiarity with salon beauty industry
• skills in body waxing, makeup application, facials, derma-planing, eyebrow, threading, eyebrow tint & lash tint.
• Ability to manage retail sales and upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent guest service
