Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures such as esthetic laser treatments.
• Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Provide expert makeup application and hair threading services to enhance clients’ appearance.
• Maintain rigorous sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing tools and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages that meet clients’ needs.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of salon software including MINDBODY for appointment management and retail sales tracking.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
• Additional skills such as nail care, makeup application, barbering, hair threading, or body waxing are highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
