Esthetician

SAYN is hiring an esthetician to join it's growing team! In the coming months, we will be opening our first retail store/spa in the heart of Coral Gables. We are looking to hire an experienced lead esthetician. Responsibilities include:

• Provide a range of esthetic services, which may include facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, and verify that staff follow proper sanitation and PPE practices.
• Keep up with industry trends, new techniques, and best practices.
• Train new hires and mentor junior estheticians on treatments, protocols, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Active Florida estheticians license
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience
• Able to bring clientele
• Self-starter willing to go above and beyond for the success of a business
• Client forward and delivers an exceptional level of professionalism
