Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application with precision and care
• Conduct advanced skincare procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and dermal therapies to address individual client needs
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on client skin types and concerns
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
• Offer retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and services that complement their treatments to enhance their results
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, certifications, and techniques to continually improve service quality

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role with knowledge of cosmetology practices
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies and customer service excellence
• Hands-on experience with esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, hair threading, nail care, botulinum toxin treatment, and barbering is highly desirable
• Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program is required; additional certifications in laser treatment or advanced skin therapies are a plus
