Fernwell Salon & Spa is a growing, wellness-focused salon and spa in Delaware, built around community, care, and intention. We’re currently renovating and expanding and are looking to bring on an esthetician with an existing or partially established clientele to grow with us.

This position offers flexibility and is a commission-based position with strong earning potential as Fernwell continues expanding.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing esthetic services such as facials, waxing, brows, lashes, and other treatments within your license
• Creating a calm, welcoming, wellness-focused client experience
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized treatment space
• Building and maintaining your clientele
• Collaborating in a supportive, community-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Delaware Esthetician license
• At least some existing clientele
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and client care
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
