We’re looking for an experienced Body Contouring Technician / Esthetician who is passionate about results, loves working with people, and thrives in a sales-driven beauty environment.

Responsibilities

* Perform non-invasive body contouring and aesthetic treatments

* Conduct thorough client consultations and create treatment plans

* ⁠Well versed in facial treatments

* Educate clients on services, packages, and home care

* Convert consultations into treatment packages/memberships

* Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards

* Provide exceptional client experience from start to finish

* Assist with before/after photos and client follow-up

* Support studio growth through client retention and referrals

Requirements

* Licensed Esthetician

* Experience in body contouring treatments preferred

(Ultrasound cavitation, RF skin tightening, laser lipo)

* Proven sales experience in a spa/medspa/aesthetic setting

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Ability to work evenings/weekends if needed
