We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert skincare treatments and personalized service. As an Esthetician, you will deliver a wide range of professional aesthetic services, including facials, body treatments, hair removal, and advanced skin procedures, all while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and customer care. Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Stay informed about the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends to continually enhance service offerings.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and client loyalty.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a licensed salon or spa environment.
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and botulinum toxin procedures is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products effectively.
• Experience using salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety regulations within the beauty industry.
• Background in cosmetology or barbering is advantageous; additional certifications in advanced skin treatments are preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
