Esthetician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Esthetician to join our team, specializing in waxing, laser treatments, facials, eyelash treatments, and overall skincare services. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and skincare, delivers excellent customer service, and is committed to helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, and exfoliation techniques.
• Conduct professional body and facial waxing services, including Brazilian and bikini waxing.
• Provide eyelash treatments such as lash lifts, tints, and extensions (if certified).
• Evaluate clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate products and treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, post-treatment care, and retail products.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and certifications.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Proficient in sanitation practices and maintaining a clean work environment
• Knowledge of social media management for promoting services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
