Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, micro needling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and makeup application.
• Provide professional recommendations for skincare products and retail sales to enhance clients’ results and experience.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Arketa or similar platforms to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized after each use.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening attentively to clients’ needs, answering questions thoroughly, and creating a relaxing atmosphere.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, trends, and product knowledge to provide top-tier treatments and advice.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role with a strong foundation in cosmetology or related certification.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies to promote products effectively while enhancing client satisfaction.
• Hands-on experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, eyelash extensions, and body waxing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Arketa or other scheduling platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
• Certification in facials speciality as required by state licensing laws.
• Additional skills in nail care, makeup application, hair threading, sanitation practices, and body treatments will be considered advantageous. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
