Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and other hair removal services with precision and care.
• Administer advanced esthetic laser treatments and botulinum toxin procedures in accordance with safety protocols.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or photo shoots, ensuring flawless results that boost client confidence.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and educating on skincare routines.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting.
• Skilled in esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Knowledge of body waxing, hair threading, nail care, barbering, and skin sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to perform treatments safely following all health and safety guidelines.
