Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to provide customized skincare treatments, support injectable outcomes, and help clients achieve long-term skin health. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within a medical aesthetics environment, not a traditional spa.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials, chemical peels, and skincare treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations and build treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare and post-injectable care.
• Maintain accurate charting through our EMR (Symplast).
• Recommend medical-grade skincare products.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with injector to support patient outcomes.

Skills/Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Esthetician License
• 2+ years experience (med spa preferred)
• Experience with facials and superficial chemical peels
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions and contraindications
• Comfortable working alongside injectable treatments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with cosmetology licensing requirements and certifications relevant to esthetic practices.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
