Job Title: Esthetician – Sol & Palm Facial Bar

Location: Vancouver/Camas

Position Type: Part Time (3 days per week) - Currently looking to fill a Sunday-Tuesday schedule. Will lead to full time position (4 days).

Position Overview
We’re seeking a licensed, passionate Esthetician to join our growing team. This role combines professional skincare services with elevated guest care, with an initial emphasis on assisting with front desk responsibilities and daily operations while becoming familiar with our space and service flow.

To start, you’ll play an important role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience by greeting clients, answering phones, managing appointments, and helping daily operations run efficiently.

All estheticians begin by learning and perfecting our signature bar facial to ensure every guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience. As you grow within the role, additional services and advanced treatments will be introduced based on your experience, strengths, and continued development.

Our services include customized facials, brow shaping and tinting, brow laminations, and lash lifts within our bright, open facial bar environment. We also provide more advanced facial treatments in private treatment rooms, including Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels, creating opportunities to expand into more advanced spa services over time.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Guest Experience

• Welcome and check in clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and respond to phone and email inquiries.
• Handle checkout, payments, and retail purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily upkeep duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Skincare & Beauty Services

• Perform customized facials tailored to each client’s skin needs and goals.
• Provide brow services including shaping, tinting, and lamination.
• Perform lash services such as lifts and tints.
• Maintain exceptional sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend home-care products.

Who You Are

• Hold a valid Washington State esthetics license.
• Experience with facials and brow/lash services is preferred, but not required.
• Background in customer service is strongly valued.
• Friendly, polished, and genuinely passionate about skincare and guest care.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Comfortable using booking and POS systems (training provided).
• Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. We are currently hiring for a Sunday–Tuesday schedule, which will lead to a full time 4 day per week position.
