Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and body waxing with precision and care
• Conduct esthetic treatments safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
• Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to support their skincare goals
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatments to ensure client safety
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage daily operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized solutions
• Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in esthetics to continually enhance your expertise

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment
• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatment and facials
• Familiarity with salon management software
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in aesthetic treatments
• Ability to perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare routines or products
• Certification or licensing in esthetics required; additional certifications in specialized treatments are a plus

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
