Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures and nail enhancements.
• Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors and designs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs.
• Upsell additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or massage to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in customer service within the beauty industry is preferred.
