Duties

• Provide professional skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
• Perform nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Apply hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, and barbering techniques to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their beauty regimen.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell retail products and additional services by understanding client preferences and needs.
• Stay current with industry trends like color theory, new treatment techniques, and advanced esthetic procedures to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; nail technician certification preferred.
• Proven experience in skin care treatments, nail care, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within the beauty industry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members.
• Ability to perform detailed work such as dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair threading, and precise nail art.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
