Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Provide expert nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art while maintaining strict sanitation standards.
• Apply color theory knowledge to recommend suitable shades for nail art and makeup applications that enhance each client’s unique features.
• Offer hair styling services including hair extensions, barbering techniques, and consultations for hair care routines.
• Educate clients on skincare products, retail options, and upselling opportunities to enhance their beauty regimen.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health regulations and safety protocols.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license with certification in esthetician practices; additional certifications in nail care, laser treatments, or barbering are a plus.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, laser therapy, or body waxing.
• Skilled in nail care techniques including gel nails, nail art, and proper sanitation procedures.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup and nail design to create visually appealing results.
• Familiarity with retail sales principles and upselling strategies to promote products confidently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and services.
