Esthetician and Nail Technician

We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician and Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Duties

• Perform skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
• Provide expert nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Apply hair extensions, perform hair styling, and execute hair threading as needed.
• Offer additional beauty services like barbering when applicable.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and advanced treatments to provide innovative services.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology license with specialization in esthetics and nail technology.
• Knowledge of color theory, skin anatomy, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Ability to perform retail sales confidently while upselling products and services.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with professionalism in all client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $24.35 - $29.33 per hour
