Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs.
• Provide expert nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Apply hair styling techniques including hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering services to enhance clients’ appearance.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to promote overall wellness and beauty.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell retail products and additional services through effective communication and customer service skills.
• Stay current with industry trends like color theory, esthetic laser advancements, and new beauty techniques to deliver innovative treatments.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license with certification in esthetics and nail technology from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience in skin care treatments such as dermabrasion, laser therapy, or body waxing.
• Proficiency in nail care services including gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
• Knowledge of hair styling techniques including extensions and threading; barbering experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety regulations in all procedures.
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.

Pay: $21.92 - $26.40 per hour
