Key Responsibilities

• Perform customized, result-driven facial treatments
• Provide a high-quality, personalized client experience
• Educate clients on skincare and recommend retail products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Build client relationships and encourage rebooking

Compensation

• Commission-based: per service (based on experience and performance)
• 100% of tips
• 15% commission on retail sales
• Estimated earning per trearment: $40 - $65+
