Future You Skin is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high quality skincare treatments and/ or lash and brow services while providing an elevated, results driven client experience. This ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, confident in client communication, and committed to ongoing education and growth within the beauty industry.

Key responsibilities:

-Post weekly on Tik Tok and instagram to build a following and gain clientele

-Perform customized facial treatments tailored to each clients skin concerns and goals.

-Provide lash and brow services including waxing, tinting, lamination, and lash lifts

-Conduct through client consultations and skin analyses

-Educate clients on treatment plans, home care, and long-term skin health

-Recommend retail products based on client needs

-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of treatment rooms and tools

-Accurately document client treatments and progress

-Support overall spa operations and team environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.08 - $30.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
