Esthetician & Front Desk Agent

Job Title: Front Desk & Esthetician (Facials + Body Contouring)

About Us:

Heal Better Cryotherapy is a local wellness center offering whole body cryotherapy, localized cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, Theragun massage, compression therapy, and non-invasive body contouring. We focus on recovery, wellness, and results-driven services in a welcoming, client-focused environment.

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional team member who can support both front desk operations and esthetic services, including facials and non-invasive body contouring treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and book appointments
• Process payments and manage client accounts in our POS system
• Perform facials and non-invasive body contouring treatments (training provided on equipment)
• Operate cryotherapy and other wellness equipment (training provided)
• Safely and respectfully administer localized cryotherapy treatments, including in sensitive areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility (laundry, sweeping, dusting, occasional bathroom cleaning)
• Open and close the center according to procedures
• Follow up with clients via text or phone (appointment reminders, rebooking, promotions)
• Assist with social media content (photos, videos, posting)

Schedule & Hours:

• Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Opportunity for additional hours as business grows
• Flexibility is a plus

Compensation & Perks:

• $17–$22/hour base pay (based on experience)
• Bonus pay for facials and body contouring services

Qualifications:

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable performing hands-on services and learning new equipment
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness
• Familiarity with Instagram/Facebook and basic content creation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Esthetician License (or currently enrolled in esthetician school)
• Experience with facials and/or body contouring (helpful but not required)
• Interest in wellness, fitness, or aesthetics industry
• Previous spa, clinic, or front desk experience
