L Makeup Institute, a nationally accredited leader in makeup artistry and esthetics education, is seeking a passionate and experienced Esthetician Instructor with experience in Makeup and Lash Extensions to join our team.

We are looking for someone who not only has strong technical expertise but also the ability to inspire and mentor the next generation of estheticians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in all areas of esthetics, including skin care, facials, waxing, and advanced treatments.
• Teach and demonstrate practical techniques at all levels, ensuring students build confidence and professional skills.
• Support student learning with constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Maintain compliance with state board regulations and school policies.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician License (Nevada or Texas).
• Strong practical knowledge in all levels of esthetic techniques.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred but not required – we will provide instructor training.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage students with professionalism, energy, and patience.
• Preferred but not required: experience in eyelash extensions and makeup artistry.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
