Esthetician / Laser Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Esthetician / Laser Technician to join our dynamic skincare team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to perform a variety of skin care procedures, including laser treatments, body waxing, and other cosmetic services, while fostering a welcoming environment for clients seeking professional skincare solutions. Duties

• Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other energy-based treatments.
• Conduct facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other esthetic services.
• Assess client skin types and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain laser and aesthetic equipment safely and properly.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and home skincare regimens.
• Maintain accurate client records and document treatments.
• Uphold a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state Esthetician License (required).
• Valid state Laser certification (required).
• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or clinical setting (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, contraindications, and laser safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
