Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician

We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and passionate Aesthetician & Laser Technician to join our busy medical spa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, a strong background in advanced aesthetic treatments, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client care and results.

As part of our clinical team, you will perform a wide range of medical-grade aesthetic treatments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, IPL, CO2 Laser, HydraFacial®, DiamondGlow®, Microneedling, and Body Contouring
• Deliver personalized, results-driven treatments with a luxury client experience
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and medical spa regulations
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Assist with retail skincare sales, product recommendations, and treatment upgrades
• Demonstrate strong sales skills with proven client retention and rebooking rates
• Build long-term relationships with clients and support practice growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aesthetician & Laser Technician
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade treatments and skincare
• Proven sales ability and client retention success
• Professional, confident, and polished communication skills
• Team-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and continuous learning

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
