What You'll Do

• Provide customized facial and skin care treatments based on client needs
• Conduct consultations and help clients create realistic skincare goals
• Educate clients on services and home-care products
• Recommend additional treatments or upgrades when appropriate
• Build long-term relationships and grow your personal clientele
• Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming client experience
• Assist with clinic flow as needed (rooming clients, light front desk support, follow-up calls to your clients, etc.)
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Holds a valid California Esthetician License
• Has 2 or more years of experience performing a variety of facial treatments in a professional setting.
• Experience should include chemical peels, DiamondGlow, HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, or similar treatments
• Confidently recommends services and retail products that support client goals and drive sales
• Aesthetic Med Spa experience is preferred, but not required
• Enjoys working with clients and building relationships
• Brings a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Is reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required

About the Position

• This is a full-time position – approximately 32 to 40 hours per week
• Our starting rate of pay is $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)
• Commission opportunities on services and retail sales
• Client tips

• Ongoing training and development
• Our general hours of operations are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday
• Must be available to work on Saturdays
