Duties

• Provide a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, to improve skin health and appearance
• Perform body waxing, eyelash perm and tint, makeup application to enhance clients’ natural beauty
• Deliver deep tissue massages and other massage therapies to promote relaxation and muscle relief
• Conduct product demos and recommend retail products tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and treatment packages
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and treatment innovations to provide top-tier service

Requirements

• Valid license or certification in Message Therapy and or Esthetics
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a spa or salon setting
• Experience with body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash lifts and tints, makeup application, is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to educate clients about treatments and product options effectively
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and promote retail sales naturally
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $26.00 - $42.00 per hour
