Esthetician - part time

Body Ache Escape is looking for an experienced esthetician (2 years licensed) who wants a full book, strong retail sales, and real ownership over their income.

If you need someone to remind you to rebook clients or tell you to talk about products, this will feel uncomfortable. If you already do those things because you care about results and your paycheck, keep reading.

You’ll start around 15 hours per week, with the expectation to grow to 25+ hours as your clientele builds. We provide the environment, the tools, and the demand. You bring the initiative.

What You’ll Actually Be Responsible For

• Delivering results-driven facials and Hydrafacial treatments
• Confidently working with PCA Skin and Skin Script and recommending home care
• Building repeat clients through consultations, education, and rebooking
• Generating a meaningful portion of your income through retail sales
• Bringing ideas for growth, client retention, and service improvement

This Role Is For You If…

• You have multiple years of esthetics experience and don’t need hand-holding
• You understand that selling is part of ethical skincare, not a “pushy add-on”
• You’re motivated by full books, referrals, and numbers that go up over time
• You take pride in your rebooking rate and retail performance
• You want autonomy, not micromanagement
• You’re energized by growth, not threatened by it

This Role Is Probably Not For You If…

• You dislike selling or feel awkward recommending products
• You want guaranteed hours without building a clientele
• You prefer to stay in your lane and not think about growth
• You need constant reminders to rebook or educate clients

Requirements

• Valid Ohio esthetician or cosmetology license
• Proven experience with advanced skincare and facials
• Hydrafacial experience preferred
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Availability for evenings or weekends as your books grow
