Job Summary

As a (Esthetician) Trainer, you will deliver high-quality facial workouts while driving exceptional customer service, sales, and client retention within our studios. You will play a key role in promoting FACEGYM’s services and retail offerings, ensuring every client receives a 5* experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional facial workouts while maintaining high standards of service and client experience
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service
• Represent the FACEGYM brand with professionalism, consistency, and positivity at all times
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative studio environment
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets, demonstrating strong retail and upselling skills
• Educate clients on FACEGYM services, products, and benefits to support retention and retail performance
• Maintain clean, organised, and sanitised treatment areas and workstations in line with Health & Safety standards
• Confidently handle client concerns, demonstrating strong problem-solving and professionalism
• Support retail and merchandising efforts by sharing product knowledge with clients and colleagues
  
  

Job Skills & Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US and hold a valid California Esthetician License
• Flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, including evenings, rotating holidays, and a minimum of four (4) weekend shifts per month
• Ability to deliver all menu services after successful completion of FACEGYM bootcamp training
• Able to stand for extended periods (minimum 3 hours) while delivering consecutive workouts, maintaining proper body mechanics and self-care
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards
• Willing to support across all locations when required
  
  

Pay Structure

• Host pay: $20 per hour
• Trainer pays: Higher of either service commission (18% of pre-tax menu price) or hourly pay at $25/hour for client service time
• Event pay: $40 per hour
• Retail commission: 25% on skincare and manual tools 10% on FACEGYM electrical tools 5% on third-party products
