You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in treatments such as microdermabrasion, high frequency, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and more, if you dont have all the experience we are willing to train the right candidate; all while managing client interactions and administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role gets to go to Beauty Tradeshows with the company where you can learn & grow your knowledge in the industry. Participation is mandatory.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, facials, eyelash extensions, body waxing, body cupping and more.
• Manage front desk operations by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments using salon software such as Outlook and handling client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering product recommendations through upselling and product demos, and ensuring a positive overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
• Manage retail sales of skincare products, beauty tools, and supplements while promoting ongoing promotions and new product launches on social media platforms
• Assist with social media management by creating engaging content to promote services, special offers, and client success stories
• Support team members with management tasks when needed to foster a collaborative work environment
• Travel to Tradeshows ( not that many through the year but would let the person know ahead of time)
• Bilingual a Plus

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience
• Valid Insurance Card
• Proven experience in skin care treatments like dermabrasion, dermal fillers, facial therapies, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair styling
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon management software like Outlook & Excel
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members in a hospitality-focused environment
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment space for clients and staff
• Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling and product demonstrations to enhance revenue opportunities
• Ability to handle social media management tasks to boost brand presence online
• Prior experience working in med spa settings or with esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable

Compensation

1. Hourly plus Tips

2. Tradeshows - Payment is by day worked

3. Accounts after that - Commission based

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
