Esthetician/Lash Artist

Beauty Republic salon is looking for a full-time Esthetician / Lash Specialist

Beauty Republic is a growing, high-end beauty salon dedicated to delivering exceptional lash and esthetic services. We pride ourselves on a supportive team environment where every artist has the tools and mentorship to elevate their craft.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Esthetician's License
• 2 or more Lash Certifications
• Experience in Light Volume lash application and lash lifts
• Dermaplaning, brow tinting, facial waxing - all a huge plus but not necessary. We will teach.
• Positive attitude with desire to learn and succeed.

Pay: $16.00 per hour + tiered commission (10%–30% based on service revenue) + tips
Job Type: Full-Time - 35-40 hours/week
Schedule: can vary but ideally include 2-3 full days per week (10am–8pm) and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking eyelash extensions, facials and other esthetic services
• Perform various esthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, and waxing*(*training provided for services outside your current skill set)*
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the treatment area
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
• Assist in retail sales of beauty products
• Light cleaning and organizing duties
• Continuously improve skills through trainings and practice on models
