Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for Estheticians at SKIN/SET Facial Studio in Encinitas, CA. Estheticians will provide high-quality skin care treatments, including facials and personalized skin consultations to ensure clients receive results-driven care. Responsibilities include performing facial services, guiding clients on skin care regimens and products, and maintaining a welcoming and professional studio environment. Estheticians will also assist in delivering exceptional client service and supporting retail sales of skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and achieve studio goals.

SKIN\SET is SET to open in June. Interview and Trainings in May.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in providing personalized skin care services, including facials and consultations
• 3+ years' experience with skincare, facials and massage techniques
• Strong customer service skills to build rapport and ensure excellent client experiences
• Sales experience to recommend and promote skincare products effectively
• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license in California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their goals
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00 - $25.01 per hour
