Skin Bar ~ The Experience is looking for a dynamic Esthetician / Sales Specialist who is passionate about skincare and confident in sales. This is not your typical spa position—we focus on delivering customized experiences and building lasting client relationships through education, engagement, and results.

This role is for someone who understands that sales is key. If you do not enjoy selling, this is not the position for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform professional esthetician services including facials and microdermabrasion
• Confidently recommend and sell skincare products based on client needs
• Successfully add on elevated experiences to enhance each client visit
• Promote and sell SkinScriptions monthly memberships
• Answer phones and assist with booking appointments as needed
• Check clients in and out with professionalism and ease
• Create and post engaging content for social media
• Record skincare and treatment videos to educate and attract clients
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay only (tiered structure)
• Earnings are directly tied to your skill level, performance, and sales ability

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Strong sales skills and confidence in closing
• Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow income through performance
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content
• Team player with a positive attitude
