Sales Consultant

Hinshaw's Honda is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team.

Our top performing Sales Consultants earn upwards of $100,000 annually. Our most successful hires have come to us from other industries -- Retail, Restaurants, Construction, Customer Service.

Requirements

• Winning personality and positive attitude
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
• Prepared to work in a fast-paced and demanding team environment
• Experience with Craigslist, social media, and CRMs a plus
• Able to work schedule including ALL weekends
• At least 21 years of age
• Able to pass a background and driving record check
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with Craigslist, Social Media, & CRMs a Plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize effective communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
• Manage social media platforms to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
