Your Role:
As a Day Esthetics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students interested in pursuing careers in esthetics. You will cover key topics such as skincare principles, makeup application techniques, and industry best practices, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum and lesson plans for daytime classes.
• Conduct practical lessons and demonstrations in esthetics techniques.
• Evaluate student performance and provide valuable feedback for improvement.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve course offerings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid State of Illinois Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Demonstrated experience in esthetics, particularly in skincare and makeup application.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their career goals.
• Availability for daytime shifts, typically Monday through Friday.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr.
