Estidama & Sustainability Specialist (PQP)

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking talented Estidama & Sustainability Specialist (PQP) to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

• Review and monitor compliance with approved Estidama requirements during construction.
• Review sustainability-related material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and procurement documentation.
• Review Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), Waste Management Plan, and Sustainability Management Plan.
• Conduct periodic sustainability inspections and audits.
• Review Contractor's sustainability reports and supporting evidence.
• Monitor implementation of Estidama credits and maintain compliance records.
• Coordinate with Contractor's PQP, ICA, and project stakeholders.
• Identify risks affecting targeted Pearl Rating and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare sustainability progress reports for the Employer.
• Support review of commissioning and handover documentation related to Estidama requirements.
• Verify completeness of documentation required for Estidama Construction Rating submission.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, or related discipline.
• Valid Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) certification (Building and Community).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Estidama sustainability implementation and compliance monitoring for villas, residential developments, and community buildings within the UAE.
• Familiarity with Estidama PBRS, PCRS, and PVRS requirements.
• Experience in construction-stage sustainability supervision, material compliance review, waste management, and commissioning coordination.
