Estimating Engineer

We’re looking for motivated Estimating Engineers with around 1 year of experience in USA-based projects.

Note: Fresh Grads can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and study project plans and documents from start to final proposal
• Perform accurate material takeoffs using PlanSwift
• Prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in CSI MasterFormat
• Coordinate with the team to deliver bids on time.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 12 months of experience working on US commercial or residential projects
• Strong skills in PlanSwift for digital takeoffs
• Proficient in Excel — formatting, formulas, and estimate sheets
• Familiar with CSI MasterFormat divisions
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Must have:

• Background in Civil Engineering from a HEC-recognized university
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
