What You’ll Do

  • Analyze existing pricing structures within the company and develop new processes through engaging flowcharts with corresponding departments.
  • Collaborate with our billing department, finance, and operational teams to develop new estimating processes to drive profitability and customer retention.
  • Dive deep into existing estimating and pricing structures to understand the current set up as well as learning the gaps withing these processes.
  • Create a new structure for our estimating processes to streamline our pricing tools to improve errors and time savings.
  • Identify best practices in various processes related to the business and design target-state models that strive for greater accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assess the feasibility of proposed business models in partnership with our IT team and plan effective implementations.
  • Lead training sessions with functional teams on tools and methodologies, creating essential documentation like manuals and internal policies.
  • Build your leadership skills by engaging cross-functionally, generating buy-in, and driving impactful projects.
  • Tackle special projects that inspire innovation and creativity as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience within Process Optimization or other organizational experience.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex spreadsheets and developing a new solution design.
  • A curious mindset and a self-starter attitude – we value your willingness to learn and grow!
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office esp. Excel, Visio, etc.) and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a knack for teamwork and continuous improvement.
