Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Estimation and Tendering Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure competitive and successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for pipeline projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Develop BOQs, pricing sheets, and technical/commercial proposals.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and clarifications in tender submissions.
• Support negotiations and post-tender clarifications with clients.
• Prepare handover packages for awarded projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation and tendering within pipeline/infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.
