  • Conduct research for potential vendors, assist in the selection of vendors and provide inputs in evaluation of shortlisted vendors.
  • Prepare sourcing schedules based on material requirements and inventory in consultation with the superior.
  • Ensure accuracy in collecting necessary details from vendors including address, bank account details, Tax details, PAN etc and review &validate the same.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and evaluate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Coordinate with estimation department to understand material requirements for each projects and prepare purchase orders by monitoring stock levels and ensure that the required goods are ordered at the right time.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery and verify that the quality and quantity of materials received is as per the terms and conditions of the purchase order.
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases and maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Evaluate the vendors/contractors on a timely basis by gathering feedback from the projects team and provide constant feedback to the vendors/contractors regarding the quality of goods/services.
  • Prepare orders and coordinate with Finance & Accounts department for advance payments.
  • Liaise with contractor and project team for resolving contractual issues and resolve all vendor queries and requests in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
