Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in the construction field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of construction methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for civil construction projects.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure accuracy of all estimations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of project scope and costs.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost-effective solutions.
• Research and analyze the market rates of construction materials, labor, and equipment.
• Assist in tendering processes, including preparing proposals and bid documents.
• Monitor and update cost databases and estimation records for future projects.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with estimation software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or specialized cost estimation tools) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
