Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate and detailed estimations for metal works projects, including fabrication, welding, and assembly.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand requirements and provide value-engineered solutions.

Evaluate material and labor costs, subcontractor quotes, and project timelines to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Prepare and present proposals, including cost breakdowns and timelines, to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimation, specifically within the metal works sector in the UAE.

Proficiency in estimation software, Auto - CAD and MS Office suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
