Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material/labor cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for input on costs and feasibility.
• Solicit quotations from vendors and subcontractors and compare offers for cost-efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a database of historical cost data for benchmarking and reference.
• Prepare bid documents, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the sales or tendering team.
• Attend site visits or pre-bid meetings when necessary to understand project requirements.
• Evaluate project risks and incorporate contingency into estimates.
• Assist in value engineering processes to propose cost-effective solutions.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
