Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and assertive Estimation Engineer to support technical and commercial proposal development across oil & gas and renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and confident in engaging with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain tender-related files, quotations and documentation
• Engage with sub-vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Evaluate quotations based on technical and commercial requirements
• Update cost databases and supplier records
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and project management teams to align estimates with execution strategies
• Participate in client and supplier meetings as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 1-2 years of estimation experience in oil and gas and renewable engineering field especially with electrical components and electromechanical components
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Assertive and confident in clarifying scope and negotiating with suppliers
• Skilled in documentation and record-keeping
• Knowledgeable in P&ID and interpreting technical specifications
• Familiar with purchase order, contracts and logistics coordination
• Knowledgeable in IEEE, ASME, API and other international standards
• Knowledgeable in IT solutions
• Results-driven and time-conscious

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:
