Job Description:

Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC, part of the Blue Square Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer with a strong background in steel construction / steel structure projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for steel structure projects
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for pricing
• Prepare and submit tender and bid proposals within deadlines
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and conduct cost comparisons
• Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations
• Maintain proper estimation records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in steel construction / steel structure projects
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proficiency in MS Excel (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
