Estimation Engineer

1. Reviews Tender Documents, raise necessary clarifications, and close coordination with Client to identify the actual scope of the project.

2. Reviews project specifications, Bill of Quantities, drawings, and other project related documents in coordination with Engineering Dept./Construction Dept. and conducts pre tender meeting and site visit (if required) as per the project requirements.

3. Active coordination with all concerned departments (Engineering, Contracts, Construction, Procurement etc.), to submit the proposal with in Client requirement and submission deadline.

4. Raises inquiries for materials and sub-contractors, review quotes when returned.

5. Prepares Comparison Sheets and price evaluation.

6. Coordination/discussions with Construction Dept. for accurate manpower inputs.

7. Prepares final cost proposal with possible competitive alternative proposals considering cost saving aspects for Management Discussions and Decision.

8. Works closely with Business Development team and maintain awareness on upcoming projects, timelines, and market information.

9. Regular discussions with Technical teams for the best solution to meet customer criteria considering the quality and market competency.

10. Builds close relationships internally and externally to develop opportunities for the Company.

11. Follows the environmental, safety rules, and regulations of the Company.

12. Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Valus

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years’ minimum experience in oil and gas
• Excellent in Excel
• Good knowledge/understanding of Technical and Commercial Proposal Requirements

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
