Estimation Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 5 years (GCC & Dubai projects required)
License: Valid UAE Driver’s License required

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for pricing
• Prepare material take-offs and cost comparisons
• Support contract negotiation and variation pricing
• Experience in contract administration and tender documentation
• Knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and UAE construction practices
• Ability to review contract conditions, scope of work, and risk clauses
• Experience in variation pricing, claims support, and cost impact analysis
• Coordination with Contracts and Commercial departments during tender and post-award stages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC, including Dubai projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimating software
• Valid UAE Driver’s License
