* Monitor contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties adhere to their legal and commercial obligations.
* Manage and process variations, claims, and potential disputes in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with cost control, risk assessment, and the preparation of regular financial and contractual reports.
* Liaise effectively with project managers, legal counsel, and other internal departments to ensure seamless contractual alignment.
* Maintain meticulous and organised contract records, correspondence, and all relevant documentation.
* Contribute to the commercial close-out of projects, including the settlement of final accounts.

Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a contracts administration or assistant contracts manager role, preferably within the UAE's real estate or construction sector.
* A strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC).
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and familiarity with contract management software.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) is highly desirable but not essential.

Benefits

* A competitive salary and benefits package.
* The opportunity to work on high-profile, large-scale developments in Dubai.
* Excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression within a leading organisation.
* A dynamic, supportive, and professional work environment.
